A renowned civil engineer with M.Tech from IIT, Delhi, Sngeeta Wij has exhaustive experience in structural analysis, design and drawings for earthquake resistant design of structures.
She has worked on a large number of Institutional, Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure Projects in India and abroad, mainly dealing with Structural and PHE services design and detailing.
Based on her experience of handling high-valued assignments with premium organisations like RITES and AECOM, Ms Wij has been efficiently carrying out engineering design, architecture and project management for a varied range of projects.
She is also associated with the Women in Engineering Committee of WFEO. She also dons the hat of being the President of Women in Science and Engineering (WISE India). At WADE 2022, through an enriching panel discussion, she drove home the point, “Architects need to focus more on structural safety while making buildings.”
WADE was extremely elated to present the “Golden WADE” award to the ‘engineering-wiz’ – Ms Sangeeta Wij.
