Kruti Sheta Patel, Surat
Kruti Sheta Patel is an alumnus of SCET, College of Architecture, Surat. She has been a practicing interior stylist and artist for the last 9 years. She firmly believes that paintings, art installations and any form of art is the heart of any space. Her work reflects a lot of play with Indian motifs and ancient forms of paintings which seamlessly blend in with contemporary touch. Her expertise lies in large scale wall paintings.
What is good art according to you?
Definition of good art differs from person to person and space to space. For me art is meditation. As an architect I have realized that paintings, colours and art installation is a heart of any space.
What is your best takeaway from WADE?
WADE gave me and my work more visibility in this fraternity.
Your opinion on WADE ASIA and its objectives.
The objectives are well thought through. WADE has become a common space especially for women which helps in inspiring and being inspired!
