WADE ArchiDesign National Competition Project Submission Guideline

The WADE ASIA ARCHIDESIGN National Competition is one of India’s most respected recognitions for women architects, interior designers, and design professionals across the country. It offers a prestigious platform for participants to present their original work, design philosophy, and professional excellence before a distinguished jury and a national audience.

Each category is thoughtfully designed to identify and celebrate innovation, design excellence, and diversity of thought — giving participants visibility and recognition within the architecture and design fraternity.

🔸 Important Instructions for Applicants

  • It is mandatory to fill the WADE Survey Form for all architects and interior designers applying for the competition.
  • For first-time applicants, please make sure to:
    1. Check the Form-Filling FAQ Video before starting your application.
    2. Review all submission formats and project requirements carefully.
    3. Ensure that your project sheets and details meet the specified criteria before uploading.

Open to all sectors — hospitality, residential, and commercial — it honors designs where lighting meaningfully transforms and uplifts the environment.

6. STUDENT

Recognizing the exceptional creativity and dedication of students in architecture and interior design, this award provides a platform for young talents to showcase their ideas, gain visibility, and connect with industry leaders.

7. ARTIST – PAINTING

1. Painting – Young: For artists under 40 years, showcasing emerging talent and fresh perspectives.

2. Painting – Excellence: Open to all ages, recognizing exceptional mastery and artistic achievement without boundaries.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY

1. Photography – Amateur: For individuals who pursue photography as a hobby or are emerging photographers.

2. Photography – Professional: For individuals who practice photography professionally or have significant professional experience.
