Completion of the WADE Survey Form is mandatory for all Architects, Interior Designers, and Students.
Applicants must review the Guidelines and refer to the Form-Filling FAQ video.
Registered Architects must select “Architect” as their profession, regardless of the project category.
Applicants applying under the Artist – Painting or Photography category must select “Artist – Painting” or “Photographer,” respectively, as their profession, regardless of their original profession.
