The project has been designed to provide a tropical experience in
Gandhinagar. The concept of living is inspired by Bali islands in Indonesia which has a major influence of ancient Hindu elements. The tropical architecture of Bali involves perfect harmony of the building with the environment, where every component of design blends seamlessly with the surroundings.
When nature lies at your disposal you have every reason to come home early. A unique combination of luxurious living, contemporary lifestyle with tranquil and serene surrounding is a rare treat. The architecture of Siddhraj Z+ creates a coordination between the three realms of cosmo; the land, the water and the sky.
I visualized this project as a modern habitat situated within nature. This includes non-vehicular route and lavish green pathways for pedestrians. The basic concept for the layout was to focus on opening up all units towards the pictorial landscape. Once the basic placement was frozen, the next in focus was to provide the residents with apartments with amiable room sizes. All units are designed and planned to feel the same amount of spaciousness and grandness the one feels while walking through the landscape.
The highlight is levels and contours created on site, to make it look like a natural environment. These levels, create an infinite swimming pool looking towards the double height squash and gym areas.
The landscape creates a journey where people get a sensual experience and feel the nature. Various elements like sculptures, zen gardens, gazebos, wooden decks and the green helps creating a rain forest in the center of a city.
