Our concept was to create an uncluttered and urban ambience using rich, contrasting contemporary materials and finished that blend amicably.
DESIGN CONCEPT: Clients specific requirement was for three bedrooms with attached toilets, a open kitchen with modular kitchen, home theatre with attached pantry.
We changed the existing layout where on ground floor there was dining in middle of drawing and living room, kitchen was small and had a separate entry and a guest room. On first floor there were 3 bedrooms and home theatre.
Since they wanted only 3 bedrooms totally, we reshuffled the entire plan and converted existing double heighted Master Bedroom into Master dressing cum Toilet and converted adjacent bedroom into Master Bedroom making it a large Master Bedroom Suite.
LIVING ROOM:-the living room was located in centre, which acts as a unifying element connective to all parts of the house.
DINING:-wall to wall window became the essential connecting the inside with the outside space as also getting more light into the interiors
KITCHEN:-the existing utility & store room in front was demolished to create a open & a larger space.
MASTER BEDROOM:- two rooms were combined to create a master suite, with double height dressing cum toilet & a separate bed area with attached terrace.
SONS BEDROOM:- in sons bedroom existing toilet was demolished to make the room bigger. dresser &toilet from the 4th bedroom was attached to son’s bedroom.
HOME THEATRE:- the 4th bedroom was converted to home theatre & attached pantry was created covering the small double ht portion behind puja.
FLOORING:- grey williams flooring with dark walnut and mahogany wooden flooring in living area & bedrooms.
CEILING:- white hues with sophisticated chandeliers and light fittings and wooden ceilings and rafter details.
